Senate Faculty

Professors and Teaching Professors are members the academic senate faculty. Many of the same policies and privileges apply to ladder-rank equivalent titles, such as Astronomers and Agronomists.

Leaves

Leaves of absence may be granted for professional development, service to government agencies, military leave, medical leave, childbearing, family care, and prolonged periods of research (sabbatical leave). Other leaves with pay or leaves without pay may also be granted.
