Multiple systems are involved in carrying out academic personnel administrative functions and processes, some of which are administered through our office.
Academic Personnel Systems

DivData is our local academic personnel system, used for personnel administration, faculty biobibliographies, and appointment and advancement actions.
Academic appointee accounts are provisioned automatically; see below for staff account information.

The Outside Activities Tracking System (OATS) is a multi-campus collaboration intended to facilitate the collection, review, and reporting of faculty outside professional activities that are subject to the University of California’s Conflict of Commitment policies: APM 025, APM 240, APM 246.
Academic appointee accounts are provisioned automatically; see below for staff account information.

UC Santa Cruz Recruit (Recruit) is the online recruitment system for academic positions with the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Applicants can create their own accounts at the time they apply. Accounts for search committee members are managed as part of the recruitment process; training is required.
Staff accounts for these systems are available to those in academic units with assigned academic personnel responsibilities. To request new accounts, or changes to existing ones, please fill out the Academic Personnel Account Request Form.
Systems Administered by Other Offices
- UCPath is administered by ucpath@ucsc. Employee and manager self-service accounts are provisioned automatically.
If inquiry or transactional user access is needed, submit a UCPath Access Form. - CruzPay is administered by Enterprise Financial Systems (EFS). Academic employees and supervisors do not need to request accounts, and can direct questions to their timekeeper.
