RE: Issuance of Campus Academic Personnel Manual (CAPM) 810.672—Negotiated Salary Program (NSP)

Dear Colleagues:

I write to issue CAPM 810.672, effective immediately and applying to the 2025-26 and subsequent participation years. This new policy is the local implementation of APM 672, and subsumes the Negotiated Salary Trial Program (NSTP) which ends on June 30, 2025. Issuance follows formal review by the campus and UC Office of the President.

Information on the Negotiated Salary Program (NSP) is available on the Academic Personnel Office website. Further questions may be directed to apo@ucsc.edu.
